We press the olives within hours of harvesting to ensure maximum freshness, bringing the essence of our groves straight to your table. Our olive oil is crafted from 100% Koroneiki olives, with no additives or blends.
It meets the EU Health Claim, Regulation 432/2012, for high polyphenolic content and is carefully stored in stainless steel INOX tanks, where nitrogen is used to prevent oxidation. To ensure optimal quality, we bottle in small quantities.
Our EVOO bottling facility is ISO 22000 certified, adhering to HACCP principles.

A friend recommended this oil, and I decided to try it out. I was not let down. The oil is excellent, boasting a delightful, fresh flavor. Given its classification as a high polyphenolic product, there’s nothing quite like it at this price point.

I spent ages trying to find a polyphenol rich EVOO from Greece with a fresh harvest date which wasn’t insanely expensive, it took me quite a while of research but i have found this and it meets all the criteria
